The food is delicious and the portions are large. The prices are not cheap, but that's okay because you won't go home hungry. There are many vegetarian options! The place is nice and clean; and attentive and helpful staff. The only bad thing was the waiting time. It was excessively long. 45 min; Also the music inside the place was too loud, luckily it is possible to sit at the tables outside. I will definitely return because I loved the food.

A nice place to eat some American (soul) food while visiting the Pathe cinema in Schiedam, or even when you aren't going to see a movie. It's located just behind the entrance of Pathe on the right hand side. The 90's R&B music really puts you in a great mood, and makes it hard for you to sit still. ;-) The service is friendly, the food tastes really nice, and there is so much to see on the inside when it comes to American (movie) memorabilia. Definitely worth paying a visit!

I came here before mini golfing and hadn’t had breakfast yet. Was told by a friend that it was really good but might be pricey. BUT TO MY SUPRISE the food wasn’t that pricey and well within the expected Budget for what you get, might even be on the cheaper side. The food was amazing. The chicken OMG, I had both the vegetarian and normal chicken strips and was beyond shocked how good they were (even ordered extra strips). The vega chicken wasn’t separable in flavor from the normal strips. The pancakes I had were fluffy and not too sneden and really lovely, especially with the fresh fruits. The homemade ice tea taste like the American sweet tea and the service was all around great. The owner was really sweet and helpful with all my requests and questions and was really informative about how Fred’s and harry came to be. OVERALL 11/10 and will definelty eat there again

A lit more on the expensive side to my liking - but the food is really good, so totally worth it. Serving took a bit of time but the people running the restaurant are very kind. Kahuna burger was amazing, first time I have had grilled pineapple in my burger - it gives that nice sweet flavour. Waffles with chicken was also a nice try! The fudge drink was heavy but delicious.

If you want soul food in the Netherlands, this is your place to go. Have a signature chicken and waffles, wash it down with a root beer float, and play some games in the arcade next door before you catch a movie. You're welcome.

Great place for a bite to eat. Easy menu to choose from. Food is delicious and inexpensive. Great location and the decor is lovely inside. Very friendly staff.
